Refund policy

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. 

There are 3 options when making a return:

1. Refund: We cannot cancel the order which is during the process, please reject the package and we will refund you once the package is in the return state. 

2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

We will confirm the refund amount in the email and process it on the same day. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

3.Exchange: LET'S RESIN will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. You need to attach the return label containing the return address when returning the item.

You don't need to pay for return shipping when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
