We’re Here to Help with Returns & Exchanges:
- Refund: Since orders in process can’t be canceled, you may simply reject the package upon delivery. Once it’s returned to us, we’ll issue your refund.
- Partial Refund: If an item arrives not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (not caused by us), you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Exchange: If your item is damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it with the same product. Just reach out to us at help@letsresin.com, and we’ll take care of it.
- 💡 Kind reminder: If you encounter any issues, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you in time. After this period, we may be unable to process returns that are not related to product quality.
